As a university centre at a central hospital, our mission is research, teaching and cutting-edge medicine. We strive to provide our services at the highest level and see ourselves as a national but also international reference centre. To achieve these goals, we want to create the most favourable framework conditions possible.
Challenges in this context are the inclusion in the care of the Viennese population, the training of our specialists, adapted to the new development of the subject of gynaecology with all its special tasks, the implementation of teaching according to the new curriculum, the cooperation with industry and the networking of the clinic with the laboratory area.
